A hit and run driver left one person injured Sunday afternoon. Redding Police say that 40-year-old Guy Sherman of Ashland, Oregon was driving a pickup truck at Dana and Churn Creek Road about 4:20PM. He apparently ran the red light, striking a Toyota Camry and injuring 34-year-old Tammy Wiser of Shasta Lake City, who was a passenger. She was treated at a local hospital for minor injuries. Sherman was later located on Highway 44 near Old Oregon Trail. He was arrested for being under the influence of marijuana, and hit an run causing an injury.
