Two people from Red Bluff have been identified in surveillance images that implicate them in a burglary that involved pointing a gun at a juvenile during their getaway, according to Redding Police. The crime took place August 3rd shortly before midnight on 10th Street in west Redding. The surveillance video was distributed to media, leading to the identification of 22-year-old Joseph Aaron Szczygiel and 21-year-old Valente Ivan Martinez. Investigators say Szczygiel is the one seen pointing the gun at the young witness. Felony arrest warrants have been issued for both of the suspects and Red Bluff Police are helping to look for them.
