A man has been sentenced in Tehama County for a couple of tons of unprocessed marijuana. In September of last year Tehama Interagency Drug Enforcement served a search warrant at a home on Garrison Road in Red Bluff. They found Quan Minh To and another man. They had 4 bags of marijuana containing a total of less than 2 ounces, as well as two medical marijuana doctor’s recommendations. When they checked out the back yard, agents discovered 262 budding marijuana plants that ended up weighing in at 4800 Pounds. Quan was sentenced last week to 120 days in jail, 80 hours community service and 3 years formal probation.
