Two men were injured when a pick up truck left Old 44 Drive east of Palo Cedro Monday afternoon and landed in someone’s backyard. Ken Bartek was driving the big Chevy 4 x 4 and said he had just installed a steering column. He lost control while westbound just east of Silver Bridge Road. Bartek was treated at the scene and refused transport. His passenger,Gary Zargewski, was transported by ambulance with unknown injuries.
