Anderson Police say they recovered a stolen vehicle Tuesday after an officer recognized it from a description given by dispatchers. The blue Chevy Astrovan was southbound on Highway 273 near Pinon. After confirming it was the same van, officers made a high-risk traffic stop with guns drawn at the AM/PM on Rhonda Road. There were three people in the van. One was released. 44-year-old Jennifer Celoni was arrested for auto theft. 46-year-old Christie Bailey was arrested on warrants.
