A fire at an Anderson apartment complex brought a 3 alarm response. The fire was reported at around 1AM at the Anderson Meadows Apartments off Bruce Street and Highway 273. Help came from Cal-Fire, Shasta County Fire, Cottonwood, Happy Valley and Redding. Two upstairs units were destroyed in the blaze. The cause is under investigation. Two women apparently suffered minor injuries when they jumped from a second story window to escape the flames.
