The family of a woman missing from Mountain Gate continues to hold out hope that she’ll be found safely, and people are expressing support from all over the world. The last known sighting of 34-year-old Sherri Papini was at 2 O’clock last Wednesday afternoon when she was seen jogging on Sunrise Drive. Her husband Keith found her cell phone and other items near the intersection of Sunrise and Old Oregon Trail. The Shasta County Sheriff’s Office says he has been cooperative throughout the investigation and he’s been further cleared since submitting to a polygraph test on Monday. More than 200 tips have been received and are being processed but so far no solid leads have been reported. Sherri Papini is 5-foot-4 and 100 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.
