A local brewery is going to Washington D.C. to show off their business model. The Small Business Development Center, partly funded by the Small Business Administration, is hosting a reception on capitol hill on Monday evening. The organization has invited 14 small businesses from across the country to showcase their products and tell their story to congress. One of those success story businesses is Wildcard Brewing. Founded by Jeff and Jenny Hansen in Redding in 2012, the beermaker now produces 2500 barrels a year of craft Brew that’s sold from the Bay Area to Southern Oregon. Early last year wildcard opened a tasting room in Downtown Redding.
