A developmentally disabled adult who had been missing from Redding has been found safe. The autistic 20-year-old was reported missing from her Hilltop Drive apartment at 4 O’clock Thursday morning by her mother. It was believed that she was headed for Los Angeles to try and meet a celebrity she’d been fixated with. Ashley was found Thursday morning walking along Old Alturas Road near Salmon Creek. She was in good condition and was returned home to her mother.
