A man who’s already on parole for robbery has been arrested for carjacking by Anderson Police. Sunday night a Chevy pickup truck was taken by force from its owner while at an Anderson convenience store. APD Officers followed a tip and located the pickup at around 6:30PM Monday night in the area of Sunset Lane in Redding. It was occupied by 33-year-old parolee Joshua Michael Rocha. He was booked into jail on several felony charges.
