Our own morning news anchor, Kelly Frost Sr, will be honored during Tuesday night’s Redding City Council meeting. A few months ago Kelly made a generous donation to the Redding Police K-9 unit in honor of his daughter. The money made it possible to purchase Nord, a Belgian Melanois from Czechoslovakia. Kelly will be presented with a certificate of appreciation from the city.
