A woman who declared she was mad at the White House expressed her anger in a visit to city hall and the library Tuesday, according to Redding Police. 49-year-old Forcep Birkle walked into the south side of city hall at around 1:30PM. She apparently intended to break windows at the mayors office, but it’s on the third floor and she didn’t make it that far. She had a river rock in her hand, which she allegedly used to break picture frames of past Redding mayors. When the coffee kiosk operator confronted her, she reportedly exposed her breasts and buttocks. She then allegedly headed back out the south doors after grabbing an American flag that was posted to honor city employees who have served in the military. Officers captured and subdued Birkle on the south side of the building. Prior to her city hall visit, Birkle had apparently thrown a rock through a large window near the entrance to the library. She was booked into jail on multiple charges.
