A Redding man has been convicted by a jury for a drunk driving crash earlier this year. On February 17th, Sean Dinwiddie had been drinking at the Castle Lounge on Hartnell Avenue before getting into his car to drive home. The car didn’t make it that far. Dinwiddie crashed into a fence just west of Interstate Five and then took off on foot. CHP Officers found the car, ran the plate, and headed to Dinwiddie’s home. He was clearly intoxicated and he was taken to jail, where he tested for a blood alcohol level of .13%. He was convicted of two misdemeanors.
