A bicyclist was seriously injured by a driver who struck him and then fled early Tuesday morning. Redding Police and medical were called at 3:11AM to Lake Boulevard. 51-year-old Anthony Revis was suffering from a head injury and a broken ankle, and he was transported to a hospital. According to witness statements, Revis was at fault in the collision but the driver of the white Nissan Maxima that hit him didn’t stop and fled eastbound on Lake Boulevard. Evidence left at the scene suggests that the Maxima will have damage to the passenger side front of the car.
