An Anderson man was arrested Sunday for driving on drugs. At 11:25AM officers were sent to Ferry Street for a disturbance. 29-year-old Andre Kuhlman, the apparent source of the disturbance, drove away before they got there but he was pulled over at Freeman and North Streets. He seemed to be on something so a drug recognition expert was called to the scene. Kuhlman was booked into jail for driving under the influence of a controlled substance. His passenger, Desmond Alden, was arrested for giving officers a false name and possession of drug paraphernalia.
