There are plenty of good folks with the blues as a result of the Helena Fire, and a blues jam is planned in Redding to help them out. The Trinity County fire destroyed 72 homes, and many of those homeowners were uninsured. A fundraiser at LuLu’s in Downtown Redding is being hosted by local blues guitarist Aaron Lucero of the band Loose Arrow. A guitar and prize raffle will be held during the event to help raise much needed funds to be donated to fire victims. The blues jam is Sunday from 4:30PM to 9PM at LuLu’s at Pine and Cypress in Redding.
