A Happy Valley man is accused of having inappropriate relationships with several young teenage girls, and the Sheriff’s Office believes there are more girls who have not reported him. The investigation began in February when the Sheriff’s Office was told that 32-year-old Daniel James Francioni had been having sex with a 14-year-old girl. It was then discovered that 3 other girls, aged 15 and 16, had also been with Francioni at various times since 2007. Last Wednesday enough evidence had been gathered by detectives for an arrest warrant to be issued. On Thursday Francioni was arrested near his home at Olinda Road and Happy Valley Road. He was arraigned Monday on 7 felony counts with bail set at $1,000,000. He’ll return to court next Monday.
