A massage parlor sting was done Tuesday afternoon by Redding’s Neighborhood Police Unit. Only one business was targeted, apparently due to complaints about suspicious activity. An undercover officer went into Healthful Massage on Lake Boulevard and spoke with 55-year-old Fu Ping Yuan. The officer was allegedly able to make arrangements for a sex act in exchange for money. Yuan was arrested for prostitution. Code enforcement will investigate possible revocation of the business license.
