A Happy Valley man who was missing has been found safe. 63-year-old John Douglas Morgan who was considered at risk due to a previous brain injury, had last been seen at around 10:45AM Thursday morning at his home on Acero Drive. The sheriff’s office was called a little after 6 O’clock Thursday night but a search by deputies on foot and a CHP helicopter from above failed to locate Morgan. At 8:20AM Friday morning there were reports of someone yelling for help in a ravine in the area of Reel Way in Happy Valley. Morgan was found and checked by medical personnel, who cleared him to be reunited with his family.
