The death toll from the Camp Fire in Butte County remains at 88, unchanged for the last three days. The number of missing is is down to 158. Sheriff Kory Honea says that is a positive trend, and maintains that many of the missing may be unaware they are on the list. The names of 28 more victims were also released Tuesday. More areas will open Wednesday morning, but hundreds remain in shelters waiting to be allowed in to burned areas so they can learn the fate of their homes and businesses.
