The “Ranch Fire” has burned more than 750 acres of mostly heavy timber with 15% containment as of Monday afternoon. It started in a remote area of Tehama County near Colyer Springs Road and Raglin Ridge Road. Evacuation warnings have been issued for cabins and other structures extending to the Mendocino National Forest boundary.
