A Redding man arrested last week for the theft of some valuable cannabis processing equipment has been implicated in a number of other burglaries. CHP investigators and Shasta Interagency Narcotics Task Force served a search warrant on property owned by 36-year-old Jacob David Woolery that led them to a Twin View Boulevard storage unit, which was searched last Tuesday. Investigators found a self contained concentrated cannabis THC extractor and other supplies worth more than $100,000 that had been taken from a Redding warehouse. Woolery was arrested last Thursday when he showed up at the storage unit. The CHP had been investigating Woolery for a string of burglaries in Hayfork, Redding and Anderson, and identified him in surveillance video at various locations using a stolen credit card to put fuel into a stolen truck. On Monday investigators got footage of a cargo trailer being stolen using that same truck. Another search was done at Woolery’s home Wednesday and more than $20,000 worth of stolen construction tools were reportedly found and returned to their owner. The list of charges against Woolery continues to grow.
