Council To Vote At Special Meeting On REU Customer Rebates

Here’s good news from Redding Electric Utility: they want to give their customers some money back. The city council will hold a special meeting Thursday to vote on a resolution to take $2 Million from the REU reserves and give it directly to customers, in the form of a rebate check. The amount will be around $46 for every business and residential customer in Redding.
