Drivers on Highway 99 south of Red Bluff were delayed Thursday as crews cleaned up a crash involving a big rig south of Hogsback Road. The crash was reported at 2:40PM at Mill Race Creek. A well drilling big rig had an unknown mechanical issue and the 30-year-old old driver lost control of the truck. It left the highway and crashed into a tree causing major damage to the truck. The driver and his 30-year-old passenger suffered minor injuries. The highway was under one way traffic control for a few hours.
