Shasta County has 6 new Coronavirus cases for a total of 209. The latest are a girl under age 13, two women in their 20’s, a woman and a man in their 30’s and a man in his 80’s. 4 of them have symptoms and one is in the hospital. 6 Shasta County residents have died of the virus. There are 34 active cases. 4 people are hospitalized and 3 of them are in the I.C.U. 146 people are quarantined due to possible exposure.
Butte County has been spiking badly, with another 40 cases today for a total of 416. Tehama County is up to 121. Glenn County’s has had 183. Lassen County has had 40 cases in the community, in addition to the prison population, which has exploded to 405. Siskiyou County has had 43. There have been 165 in Humboldt County. Trinity County is still reporting 2 cases, and there are still none confirmed in Modoc County.
