Evacuation orders have been lifted for the Siskiyou County community of Hawkinsville as crews start getting an upper hand on the Badger Fire west of Yreka. It started Saturday near Badger Mountain Road and Hawkinsville Humbug Road. It’s burned 557 acres and is 65% contained.
