A Gerber man has been sentenced for seriously injuring someone during a DUI. 55-year-old Clyde Armstrong was arrested by Red Bluff Police in September of 2018. He had been driving while on drugs and struck a pedestrian. The victim had a fractured spine, a brain laceration, lung and liver lacerations and broken ribs. Armstrong has been given a 5 year prison sentence. In 2009 Armstrong was busted with a large amount of Marijuana and 437 pounds of illegal fireworks.
