Daily complaints led Redding’s Neighborhood Police Unit to do a sweep of some homeless camps in three different areas Wednesday. Officers contacted numerous people camping illegally near Airport Road, Parkview Park and the Bonneyview Boat Ramp. 12 citations were written for municipal code violations and 4 people were arrested for outstanding warrants.
