A 2-year-old girl was placed in county custody after police raided an East Redding home on Wednesday. Officers say the house on Alfreda Way was mess, with garbage scattered around, bugs crawling on food in the kitchen and exposed electrical wiring where the little girl was playing. 31-year-old Mikayla Miranda allegedly had Methamphetamine on her and more was found in the house along with Heroin. She was arrested for felony child endangerment along with 31-year-old Travis Haller, who’s on probation for evading police.
