A Redding man was arrested Thursday night when drugs turned his legal weapons into felonies, according to police. At around 10:30PM, an officer stopped a Nissan Xterra for running a stop sign and speeding. The passenger was a felon on probation, but he was not arrested. The driver, 33-year-old Jordan Webb, told the officer he had a gun in the car. A search turned up a loaded Glock and an unloaded Beretta. Webb has a valid concealed weapon permit but police say they also found Methamphetamine, Heroin, a Meth pipe and multiple needles. Webb was booked for drug possession and felony drug possession while possessing a loaded firearm.
