7 new cases of COVID-19 were reported Friday for a total of 668 and 14 total deaths. Of the 7 new cases, 3 were teenagers. 6 of the new patients had symptoms. There are 35 active cases, and two patients are currently hospitalized, 1 is in intensive care. 134 people are currently quarantined due to possible exposure.
Butte County has reported two more deaths for a total of 35. The county has reported 2,688 cases. Tehama County, which has moved out of the state’s most restrictive category, has had 483 cases and reported another death for a total of 4. Trinity County has had 15 cases. Glenn county has had 547 cases and 3 deaths. Lassen County has had 94 cases in the community, in addition to 637 in the prison population. There have been 160 in Siskiyou County and 481 in Humboldt County with now 6 deaths. Modoc County has now reported 23 cases.
