A sophisticated but unlicensed cannabis grow has been busted near Red Bluff. Tehama County District Attorney’s Office Investigators served a search warrant Tuesday at a location on Betz Lane west of Red Bluff. A large shop contained 752 marijuana plants being grown under special lighting and controlled conditions. 34-year-old Ye Minghua of Sacramento was arrested for cultivation and possession for sale, as well as a number of county ordinance violations.
