A suspect in a Redding murder was arraigned in court Thursday. 28-year-old Supensive Lee was extradited from Minnesota earlier this week to face charges in the death of 35-year-old Patrick Baker. He was shot in the presence of his wife and 8-year-old daughter on the evening of Friday June 25th during an argument outside his home at the Hacienda Apartments on Churn Creek Road. PRD Detectives identified Lee as the suspect and an arrest warrant was issued. On November 25th police in Blaine, Minnesota made contact with Lee on a routine noise complaint and the warrant came up. On Thursday Lee entered a not guilty plea and his bail was set at $1 Million. He’ll return to court January 5th.
