A Redding man is accused of breaking into the same business twice within a few weeks. Just after 2AM Saturday officers responded to a burglar alarm at an insurance office on Athens Avenue. They found a broken window and searched around. 33-year-old Nicholas Minks was reportedly undressed and sitting on a toilet holding a knife. He was taken into custody with the help of pepper spray and booked into jail. Police say Minks had broken into the office January 30th as well.
