A 16-year-old Red Bluff girl killed on Kimball Road last week had been lying in the roadway when she was run over, according to the Corning Observer. Cheyenne Exum was killed on Wednesday night of last week after being run over by a car driven by 18-year-old Isabella Helmericks of Red Bluff. Police say the driver was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. It’s not known why Exum was lying on the road. She was declared dead after arriving at Saint Elizabeth Hospital.
