A man was arrested after reportedly breaking into a building under construction in the newly renovated area of Market Street in Downtown Redding. At 1:35AM Sunday morning officers were alerted to the intruder and arrived in time to see someone walk out of the building with a bag full of stolen power tools. He immediately took off running. Armando Candelario Zamora Jr was found at the RABA bus terminal and arrested for burglary.
