Woman Who Attacked Victim With A Frying Pan Sentenced In Tehama County

A 57-year-old Red Bluff woman has been sentenced for a couple of violent incidents. Lena Rochelle Lucero was arguing with a woman, and when the other woman turned away Lucero struck her in the back of the head, leaving a one inch laceration. On another occasion she wanted to talk to her husband, who was inside a woman’s apartment. When he refused to talk to her, Lucero threw a perfume bottle through the window, used a rake to clear the glass away, then reached inside and unlocked the door. The woman who lived there demanded that she leave but Lucero instead struck her in the head with a frying pan. She’s been sentenced to 629 days in county jail, and 5 years in prison, which is suspended on condition of 2 years probation.
