Catalyst Center at 935 Industrial Way

The Catalyst Center will open and host a public informational event for those who want to learn more about mentoring young people. Thousands of young people in the North State lack a responsible, one-on-one role model to guide them toward a hopeful, productive life. This groups goal is to recruit, train and place 1,000 adult mentors to befriend at-risk north state youth.
Staff members of participating nonprofits will be available throughout the morning to answer questions and explain the variety of mentoring opportunities available – simple acts of friendship, tutoring, farming, equestrian education, fitness training, rock climbing, fly-fishing and more!
