The Sundial Splash is a family fun river float, with a race, designed to focus on the heart of our community: The Sacramento River. Join the Paddle Sport Community for a fun race and massive public float down the Sacramento River through the City of Redding. This event is open to citizens at every level of paddle ability, no experience necessary. This moving water paddle event is open to all paddle sport enthusiasts in kayaks, canoes, surfskis, standup paddleboards, outriggers, prone paddleboards, drift boats, rafts, and anything else you can paddle. In fact, if you have never paddled the river, this is your day. Begin your trip at Riverfront Park and enjoy live music along the race course. After your journey, treat yourself to lunch at South Bonnyview’s Reginato River Access. FREE SealLine Dry Bag available for first 200 paid participants! ($20 value, donated by North Country Raft Rentals). Return transportation to Riverfront Park is included with your ticket and provided by the Redding Area Bus Authority (RABA).
